COVID-19 Service Announcement
ProSource is committed to stopping the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented procedures in all branches to help keep our customers, staff and families safe:
- Following all restrictions put in place by the BC health authority
- Mandatory mask policy for all staff and customers
- Mandatory daily health check and temperature check for all staff before shift
- Any staff member exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will not enter the workplace
- Increased disinfecting of high touch point surfaces (door handles, service desks, keyboards, telephones, debit terminals etc.)
- Implementing new cash handling procedures
- Following social distancing protocol
- Implementing hand washing protocols with staff
- Mandatory self-isolation for 14 days for any staff that have traveled abroad
- Cancelling all domestic business travel
- Cancelling Pro-U education seminars until further notice
- Briefing staff on details of the virus, symptoms and preventing the spread
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted during the pandemic
