We launched our web store in response to COVID-19 to help keep our customers and staff safe while getting you the products you need.  Online orders can be shipped to you or picked up at our Kelowna and Burnaby locations.  Our goal is to provide the same unprecedented level of customer service we are known for in our branches through our web store.  We thank you for your patience as we learn how to best serve you online. 

Yes, of course! Just make sure your company name is on your online account when it is created. If you have a credit account in-store, you can select 'Account Sale' at checkout.

We're still working on some customized online features for contractors - stay tuned! 

Pickup & Delivery

Pick up is available from our Kelowna, Burnaby, and Vancouver Locations. Pick up at West Kelowna will begin on Monday, April 27th!

Please note that due to COVID-19 we have implemented a physical distancing pick up protocol to reduce contact between staff and customers.  Please see our COVID-19 policy for more details. 

We are doing our best to process orders within 4-48 hours. We appreciate your understanding if there is a delay in preparing your order.  

Shipping within the Okanagan and Greater Vancouver area is between $15-$20.  This excludes orders containing PVC pipe and pond liner.  For a quote shipping these items, or for shipping outside of the Okanagan or Greater Vancouver area, contact us for a freight quote.

We are doing our best to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.  Our goal is to ship orders in 3-5 business days.  If you have specific time constraints, please let us know during the check out process and we will do our best to accommodate.

We have temporarily changed our return policy due to COVID-19.  No returns or exchanges will be facilitated until further notice
