Company Policies

Return and Exchange Policy
At ProSource, returns and exchanges on in-stock items are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition. To initiate a return, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include a copy of the original invoice. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including pumps, special orders, pipe, cut-length items, and any non-stocking special-order items. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Returns may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

All returns are subject to approval by the branch manager, who reserves the right to reject returns. If you are considering a return, please speak with a manager to ensure your request meets our policy requirements.

For charge sales, payment terms are NET 30 unless otherwise specified, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Warranty
Defective items, within warranty period, may be returned to ProSource accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The customer is responsible for any freight costs associated with returning these warranty items. Products will either be replaced or repaired at the discretion of ProSource Supply.

Short Shipment
ProSource must be notified of any short shipments within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The customer must provide ProSource with copy of the carrier's waybill and customer's count.
