Returned goods must be authorized with a RMA number from ProSource. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. All returns must be shipped at the customers expense and may be subject to a possible restocking fee up to 25%. We do not accept returns of non-stocking special order items. No returns after 90 days.
Defective items, within warranty period, may be returned to ProSource accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The customer is responsible for any freight costs associated with returning these warranty items. Products will either be replaced or repaired at the discretion of ProSource Supply.
ProSource must be notified of any short shipments within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The customer must provide ProSource with copy of the carrier's waybill and customer's count.
